Holding a master’s degree in telecommunications, Christophe Meeùs worked for more than a decade in the IT industry before transitioning to the world of real estate. Thomas Lemmo

Commercial Mortgage Underwriter

Thomas completed his Bachelor of Commerce with a specialty in Finance and Economics in 2014. He graduated with distinction. After completing his studies, he worked as a compliance officer with RBC where he specialized in analyzing financial covenants for various industries. With a strong background in banking as well as commercial lending, Thomas began his career with MComemrcial as an underwriter. After learning his role and specializing in multi-family, he decided to obtain his license in Ontario and Quebec in order to grow and expand his skills.

André Patrick Gagnon

Commercial Mortgage Broker

André holds a B.A. in real estate appraisal and urban geography. He specialized in real estate finance and obtained an M.B.A. in this field. He briefly taught this discipline at McGill University before leaving for Vancouver. André was a real estate Lender with Morguard, Morgan Trust, and Financial Trustco where he was regional V.P. In 1991 he made the acquisition of the assets of Prêts Québeco inc., a private mortgage lender since 1960, where he became President. He has continually developed his expertise in construction lending, mezzanine financing, term loans, mortgage syndications, and brokerage.

Bin was born and raised in Shandong, China and moved to the US to pursue a Masters of Computer Science in 1999. In 2000, he immigrated to Canada, and settled in Edmonton. Bin purchased his first investment property in 2005 and developed a passion for real estate investment. In 2015, Alex started his career in as an Underwriter/Analyst at MCommercial.
